1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on SohoDharmini, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Each user may create only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
3. Biodata Submission
All biodata information must be truthful and accurate. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension. Biodatas are subject to moderation and may be rejected if they violate our guidelines. Uploading of photos is not supported to maintain Islamic principles.
4. Connection System
Connections are a paid feature that allows you to view the contact information of another user's guardian. Purchased connections are non-refundable once used. Connection packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: submit false biodata information, use the platform for fraud or deception, harass or intimidate other users, attempt to access other users' accounts, use automated tools to scrape data, or engage in any activity that violates Islamic principles or Bangladeshi law.
6. Moderation
Our team reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any biodata without prior notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate guidelines will be permanently banned. We may request additional verification documents to confirm user identity.
7. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through authorized payment gateways. Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
SohoDharmini serves as a matchmaking platform and does not guarantee the success of any match. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted information, actions taken based on information obtained through the platform, or any disputes between users.
9. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, unused connections may be forfeited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
