Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a connection package if: you have not used any connections from the package, the service was unavailable or malfunctioning, or there was a billing error.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for: connections that have already been used, purchases older than 7 days, account suspension or termination due to policy violations, dissatisfaction with the information revealed through a connection, or personal change of mind after using connections.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: Go to Support & Report in your dashboard, select "Support", describe your reason for the refund request, include your Transaction ID from the purchase, alternatively email support@sohodharmini.com with these details.

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank account) within 5-7 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

If you have used some connections from a package, a partial refund may be issued for the unused connections, minus a 10% processing fee. The partial refund amount is calculated based on the per-connection cost of the purchased package.

6. Promotional Discounts

Purchases made with discount codes or promotional offers are eligible for refund at the amount actually paid, not the original price.
